The present invention relates to a device for separating waste collection which is in harmony with city appearance, can assortatively collect garbage while elderly cleaners and street cleaners easily move the garbage, and can store the garbage by reducing the volume when being stored. The device for separating waste collection comprises: a main body unit; a recycling garbage bin having an opened upper portion and a closure foam with an empty interior and mounted on the main body; and a garbage bag supporting unit which is arranged to be foldable on the main body unit and has a first supporting ring and a second supporting ring which support an opening unit and a lower portion of a standard plastic garbage bag.
