The cardiograph for detecting peak point of the first derivative shape of impedance variance by analog method comprises a constant current supplier (10) for providing sinusoidal stimulus current through electrodes (1,4), a decoder (20) for decoding variation of impedance, a signal processor (30) for transmitting impedance variation (delta Z) and derivative (dz/dt), a correction signal generator (40) for providing correction signal as reference of impedance variation to the signal processor, a peak point detector (50) for detecting peak point of the derivative, and a display (60) for displaying peak point.
