PURPOSE:To economically provide an amino acid solution having a pale color and a high nitrogen concentration without using active carbon by neutralizing a mixture of the acid-decomposition solution of a protein raw material with an acid-decomposition solution of a dietary fiber raw material, etc., with an alkali and subsequently filtering the neutralized product. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of the acid-decomposition solution of a protein raw material (e.g. defatted soybean, peanut refuse, wheat gluten) with the acid- decomposition solution of a dietary fiber raw material (e.g. polished rice, corn starch or soybean curd) or an acid-composition solution of a mixture of the protein raw material with the dietary fiber raw material is neutralized with an alkali and subsequently filtered to provide the objective amino acid solution. |
