PURPOSE:To surely execute the simulation against any component by constituting the simulator so that the component of a plant is classified into a carrying object element, an operation condition element and a process apparatus element, and even when a simulation element corresponding thereto is not registered in advance, it can be registered newly and additionally. CONSTITUTION:When component data of a plant 2 is inputted, this data is classified into a carrying object element for moving in the plant 2 such as a product, parts, etc., an operation condition element for prescribing an operation condition of the plant such as a necessary time in each process, etc., and a process apparatus element for constituting the plant 2. Also, the corresponding simulation element is classified into a carrying object element, an operation condition element and a process apparatus element, and registered in element registering means 7-9, and when the simulation element corresponding to the component of the plant classified into each element is registered in the element registering means, the simulation element is generated and registered newly. In such a way, the simulation element can be secured against the components of every plant 2, and the simulation is executed surely. |
