PURPOSE:To realize simple structure, to obtain tolerance to a horizontal component of force, and to stabilize measurement by providing two parallel slits penetrating the upper and lower parts of an elastic material, and then using the insides of both the slits as a force measuring beam and both outsides as load supporting parts. CONSTITUTION:In an elastic material, two parallel slits penetrating its upper and lower parts are made; the insides of both the slits are used as a force measuring beam, and the outsides are used as load supporting parts. For example, slits 11 are made penetrating an elastic material of single structure in parallel at its upper and lower parts, and while a force measuring beam 12 is formed between them, both outputs are used load supporting parts 13 and 13. Circular holes 15 and 15 are bored at the end positions of the force measuring beam 12 between circular hole parts 14 formed at both end parts of those slits, a strain gauge is stuck to the internal part, and both end openings are closed with diaphragm 20. On the top surface of the force measuring beam, a slit 17 is formed inside of the circular holes 15 and 15, and its upper part is used as a load applied part 18; and a load bearing part 19 is provided at a part succeeding to the load supporting parts 13 and 13. |
