PURPOSE:To obtain a gate-array system integrated circuit which can realize specific functions such as a delay circuit, a power-supply making detection circuit and the like by arranging a capacity in the central part of an internal cell array. CONSTITUTION:In an integrated circuit device which has been designed according to a gate array system, a capacity 4 is arranged in the central part of an internal cell array 3. For example, an integrated circuit device of a gate array system is constituted of the following: an internal transistor cell array 3 used to form a desired logic circuit; an input/output buffer array 2 for interface use at the inside and the outside of a chip 1; a capacity 4 arranged in the central part of the internal cell array 3. Then, internal transistor cells 5 of the internal cell array 3 are connected to a capacity 6 as shown in the figure; a delay circuit is constituted in such a way that an input signal supplied to an input terminal (a) is output at an output terminal (c) with a delay of a time T1. |
