PURPOSE:To obtain pellet-shaped materials having a uniform compounding state by disposing a front screw, a rotary disk formed with plural holes, a stationary disk formed with the plural holes, and a rear screw in this order, thereby constituting the screw device. CONSTITUTION:The screw device 4, a die 11 for extrusion and a cutter 12 are disposed. This device 4 is constituted of the front screw 13, the rear screw 14 and a kneading mechanism 15 provided between the screws 13 and 14. This kneading mechanism 15 is constituted of the rotary disk 16 which rotates together with the screw 13 and is formed with plural holes penetrating in the axial direction of the screw between the disk 16 and the screw 14 and the stationary disk 17 which is fixed and disposed in the state facing the disk 16. As a result, the unequal kneading of the raw materials is eliminated as far as possible simply by passing the raw material once through the pellet extruder and the pellet-shaped materials having the uniformly compounded state are obtd. |
