PURPOSE:To easily elute ink by containing an ink extruding member softened at temp. higher than the m.p. of low m.p. wax when an ink layer rises in temp. at the time of transfer recording to increase in its volume to an ink component. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer 13 is formed by dispersing a filler 15 in an ink component 14 mixed with a colorant and a low m.p. wax material and further containing a predetermined amount of an ink extruding member 16 therein. The colorant, fatty acid amide wax, paraffin wax and the filler 15 are mixed in a ratio of 2:4.5:2:3 on a wt. basis. The ink extruding member 16 is formed by covering air 18 with a hollow spherical particle 17 made of a polycarbonate resin and the outer diameter of the hollow spherical particle is about 0.2mum. The ink layer 13 is formed by sufficiently dispersing the mixed ink layer component by an org. solvent and subsequently applying the obtained dispersion in a thickness of 9mum by a bar coater device to dry the coating layer in a dryer. The addition amount of the ink extruding member 16 is desirably set to 1 - 20wt.%. When the addition amount is 1wt.% or less, there is no change in transfer density and, when the addition amount exceeds 20wt.%, transfer density is lowered. |
