<p>PURPOSE:To accurately detect moisture condensation with quick response by using optical detection applying a light reflection principle and output change of a semiconductor circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pair of reflecting plates 1, 2 faces each other at a specified interval. The one side reflecting plate 1 is bonded to a window glass 3 by using adhesive agent. Light output from a light emitting element 4 enters a photo detector 5 while repeating multireflection between the reflecting plates 1, 2. When moisture is condensed on the window glass 3, the amount of incident light to the photo detector 5 is remarkably decreased. This change is processed by a semiconductor circuit 6, and delivered to an output terminal 7 as the output change, thereby controlling a heater and the like of the window glass. By this set-up, the moisture condensation on the window glass can be rapidly detected.</p> |
