PURPOSE: To reduce operation costs by accelerating the transfer of a material when the material advances in the downstream direction toward an outlet by the rotation of a slender screw which is received in a slender head hole having an inlet and the outlet and can be rotated around a longitudinal axis. CONSTITUTION: An extruder barrel 22 having a slender hole and screws 80, 82, 84, 86 which can rotate around a longitudinal axis in the barrel 22 are included. The downstream parts of the barrel and the screws are formed nearly conically and have flights 46, 52 which restrict a slender, spiral groove respectively, the flights collaborate to advance a kind of wood powder to the ring-shaped outlet 40 of an extruder, the outlet is in the form of unrestricted section opened between the downstream end of the screw and a hole section surrounding it. A flight means which restricts the grooves of a final barrel head part and a final screw part has a certain compression ratio gradient, the gradient restricts or hinders the flow of a material which passes through an extruder in a part upstream from the outlet and held, and a material is held and refined sufficiently before it is discharged from the opening 40. |
