PURPOSE:To make movements of a working means accurate enough by connecting a third driving means, which is operated by a working fluid passing through a support means and a fluid guide means and moves the working means in a direction being crossed with the axis of a pipe, to a rod. CONSTITUTION:A working unit 10 is supported by a support mechanism 22 set up shiftably in an axial direction inside a pipe 12, while this support mechanism 22 regulates plural numbers of expandible passages in the axial direction of the pipe 12, supporting a fluid guide mechanism 56 shiftably in the pipe axial direction, and it is provided with a driving mechanism 76 moving this mechanism 56 in the pipe axial direction, and another driving mechanism 86 rotating the mechanism 56 to an axis of the pipe. This driving mechanism 86 moves a cutter 20 in the direction of an axis 19 being crossed with the pipe 12 by dint of a working fluid passing through the support mechanism 22 and the mechanism 56. In addition, a part of the fluid into the driving mechanism 86 is fed to a drive motor 108 of a rotary driving mechanism 104. Accordingly, since there is unnecessary to connect these mechanisms 86, 104 directly by a flexible hose, an angular rotation of the cutter 20 in the axial direction of the pipe 12 and its circumference comes so smooth. |
