PURPOSE:To permit the opening of a lid safely and reduce a loss due to the opening of the lid by a method wherein a hole for pushing a spring, which arrives at the groove of the lid, is bored from the upper surface of the lid and a pin is inserted thereinto to push and fix the spring while another hole for cutting the spring, which arrives at the groove of the lid, is bored from the upper surfacer of the lid to cut the spring. CONSTITUTION:A hole 2c for pushing a spring, which arrives at the groove 2b of a lid 2, is bored from the upper surface of the lid 2, a pin 5 is inserted into the hole 2c to push and fix a spring 3 by the tip end of the pin 5 and, further, another hole 2d for cutting the spring, which arrives at the groove 2b, is bored at a position, nearer to the center of the spring than the position of the hole 2c, from the upper surface of the lid 2 to cut the spring 3. The hole 2c for pushing the spring is bored by an end mill 6 so as to not to wind an outer cylinder 1 and the pin 5 is inserted thereinto to fix the spring 3 by the protrusion of the pin 5. Next, the hole 2d for cutting the spring is bored by the end mill 6, however, the spring 3 is fixed by the protrusion 2a of the pin 5 and, therefore, the spring 3 may be cut without generating the pitching of the bottom edges of the end mill 6 and the lid 2 may be removed out of the outer cylinder 1 whereby contents 4 in the cylinder may be taken out. |
