The invention relates to a tractor cab having a reversible driving position. It includes a roof and an auxiliary roof panel 10 the front region of which points in the direction of forward travel of the tractor, and which comes down so that it defines, together with the roof, a compartment for housing an assembly 12 for air-conditioning the cab. The rear part of the auxiliary roof panel 10 defining this compartment has a cavity 10a which increases the safety of the driver in the event of the tractor overturning when the tractor is moving in reverse.
