<p>A flexible transparent catheter for light treatment of tubular cavities of the organism comprises an envelope (1) provided with a closed distal end (2) and containing inside, at a certain distance from the end (2) corresponding to the length of the pathological area of the tubular cavity, a coaxially mounted light guide (3), between the end-face (4) of which and the closed distal end (2) is provided a cavity filled with a transparent light-dispersing plastic substance (5), whose refractive index depends on the light-guide (3) aperture and on the refractive index of the material of the envelope (1).</p> |
