A hydraulic material compsn. of high strength comprises 54-85 wt.% cement with max 16.5 wt.% aluminate phase content e.g. portland cement, its mixture with mineral material (Ca3SiO5 or its solid solution), or its mixture with active agent (calcium hydrate, calcium oxide or quicklime); 6-9.5 wt.% water reducing agent e.g. formaldehyde salt of naphthalene or alkyl naphthalene sulphonic acid; 5-40 wt.% superfine powder e.g. silica dust, calcium carbonate, silica gel, flyash; 10-30 wt.% water.
