<p>PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture panel and consequently improve the working efficiency and productivity by a method wherein two an upper and lower thin sheets are opposedly delivered and the edge on one side of a plurality of thin tapes are bonded in zigzags to the adhesive-coated surfaces of the respective thin sheets and foamable material is poured between the upper and the lower thin sheets and then solidified and finally the resultant material is cut in lengths. CONSTITUTION:Thin sheets 12 (or glass fibers, aluminum foil sheets or the like) are vertically opposedly delivered. Adhesive is applied with adhesive coating equipments 15 to the under surface of the upper side thin sheet 12 and to the top surface of the lower side thin sheet 12. The edges on one side of thin tapes 17 are bonded normal to the adhesive-coated surfaces of the thin sheets with corresponding thin tape bonding equipments 16. Necessary number of the tin tape bonding equipments 16 are arranged and the thin tape bonding equipments adjacent to each other are controlled so as to bring the apices of thin tapes 17 adjacent to each other into contact with each other in order to form the thin tapes 17 in a honeycomb structure. Foamable material 24 is poured between the upper and the lower thin sheets 12 with a foamable material filling equipment 25 and foamed and solidified in a heating equipment 26. Finally, the resultant material is cut in lengths with a cutting device 27 in order to obtain panels 28.</p> |
