发明名称 STACKED NEWSPAPERS TRANSPORT METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent breakup of shelves of newspapers by providing a plurality of flat belts having coefficient of friction smaller than the coefficient of friction between newspapers and elevating receiving plates having smaller coefficient of friction which are disposed between the flat belts, thereby to control the speed of transporting shelves of newspapers. CONSTITUTION:If there is no interval between stacks P, a standby signal is sent out from an address sheet transfer loader. When the leading end of the stack P is transported onto the front photoelectric tube 35, an air cylinder 18 is worked by detection of the photoelectric tube 35 so that a receiving plate 15 rises to project over a flat belt 6 and stop translation of the stack P. As the upper surface of the receiving plate 15 has the coefficient of friction smaller than the coefficient of friction between newspapers, the stack is not stopped suddenly so as to prevent collapse of cargo stack. In case of retranslation, the cylinder 18 is contracted to lower the receiving plate 15 and transfer the stack P onto the flat belt 6 surface. At this time, there is no possibility of breakup of loads due to sudden acceleration, because the coefficient of friction of the flat belt 6 is also smaller than the coefficient of friction between the newspapers.
