Container C of the tray type with a bottom surrounded by four raised edges capable of being made from a blank of corrugated cardboard or similar material and divisible into at least two sections C1, C2. It comprises means 31 forming an integral part of the said blank or associated with the latter and arranged such that they form at least one pair of intermediate partitions 4a, 4b erected during the assembly of the container C by folding the said blank whose bottom is provided with at least one line of perforations or of pre-cuts, disposed between the said partitions of each pair respectively.
