PURPOSE:To improve the transmission efficiency of originating information by using an ineffective time slot to occur in an incoming control channel for the transmission of originating information. CONSTITUTION:A receiving information detecting circuit 14 selects receiving information and dummy information, and when the dummy information is detected, it is communicated to a transmission timing detecting circuit 22 in a transmitting side control circuit 19, and the time slot of a channel for controlling the receiving of incoming is recognized as the originating information time slot. At this time, when the originating interruption is detected by an originating interrupting detector 23, the originating signal from an originating circuit 21 is transmitted from a transmitter 18 with the originating information time slot in a control channel for originating or for receiving of incoming. Consequently, the ineffective time slot can be used and the transmission efficiency of the originating information is improved. |
