The invention relates to the arrangement of prefabricated compound units for load-bearing structures of buildings. The object of the invention is, by an appropriate arrangement of prefabricated compound units, to permit a variable structural-body formation in horizontal projection and upright projection, which largely corresponds to an extremely wide range of functional, design, technological and construction requirements, along with a low degree of production and operation outlay. The feature of the invention is that the load-bearing structure for buildings, apart from supports, is formed exclusively from prefabricated compound units which are in the form of plates and panels, the stabilising structures may, as required, be made up in different ways using these prefabricated compound units, and any orthogonal and non-orthogonal horizontal-projection and upright-projection shapes for the buildings can be formed.
