PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the title apparatus by adding a frame body provided in the manner of being freely movable along a rail, the position- holding means of said frame body, a relative-displacement prevention means and a guide member to said apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A travel body 4 is equipped with mutually parallel legs 1-2 and a trunk 3 connecting one side ends of said lags and constituted into a U-shape. The angular parts of said travel body 4 are beveled and fitted with piezoelectric elements 6-7. Also, said travel body 4 is fitted with a rectangular tube-shaped frame body 9 surrounding the travel body itself and a rail 8, and said frame body 9 is provided with a guide roller 10 rotating in contact with the left and right side faces and upper and lower faces of said rail 8 via a fitting member 11 and a rotating shaft 12. Then, a pin hole 14 is formed in the center of the roof 13 of said frame body 9 and a fitting hole 21 in the side plate 19 is made so that a guide member 22 is fitted to the frame body. Thus, when a vibration is given to each part of the travel body 4, the lower end of said leg describes an elliptical locus etc. Then, the frequency of a power supply is made equal to the natural frequency of said travel body 4 and a vibration is imparted efficiently. |
