PURPOSE:To prevent oxidation of wine caused by oxygen in air present in a wine bottle and to prevent the reduction in taste of wine, by discharging air in the wine bottle using solid materials having no bad influence on wine. CONSTITUTION:The solid materials 3 such as glass beads, porcelain beads, etc. having such an size e.g., about 10mm., as to pass them through the mouth of a bottle, having neither water absorption properties nor bad influence on wine are previously prepared. When the wine 2 in the wine bottle 1 is used for drinking and it remains, the prepared solid materials 3 are put through the mouth in it and sunk on the bottom, air in the wine bottle is discharged, and the bottle stopper 4 is applied to the mouth to preserve the wine. |
