PURPOSE:To realize desensitizer having excellent desensitizing effect, excellent offset printability with hydrophobic property and no contamination by adding specific amount of alkylene oxide to specific amine compound, and incorporating additive of butylene oxide in the specific amount of the alkylene oxide. CONSTITUTION:Additive in which alkylene oxide of 2-20 moles per one active hydrogen of amine compound is added to amine compound represented by a formula (where Z is hydrogen atom or formula II, R1, R2, R3 are hydrogen atom or alkyl group, m, n, p are integer numbers of 1-5, where the R2 and the Z do not simultaneously become hydrogen atom. When the R1, R2, R3 are simultaneously hydrogen atoms, pnot equal to m is satisfied.) is provided, and contains additive in which at least 40% of alkylene oxide is butylene oxide.
