PURPOSE:To keep off any failure for escape at a state of emergency by installing such a means as generating a command for operating an elevator cage from an upper floor to the lower one at a time when the specified time is measured according to a signal being outputted out of a detecting means which detects a fact that a person gets into the elevator cage. CONSTITUTION:When a person gets into an elevator cage during on-standy at an upper floor, a detecting means 9 operates, and a time measuring means 11 of a control means also operates according to a signal being outputted out of this detecting means 9. Next, when this time measuring means 11 measures the specified time, a command for operating the elevating cage from the upper floor to the lower one is generated by a command means 12 of the control means. With this command, even if the person aboard in the cage at the upper floor fails to operate a destination floor button, the cage can be operated to the lower floor automatically, so that any failure for escape at a state of emergency is preventable in this way. |
