<p>PURPOSE:To improve the fire-proof performance of a cable by forming an enclosed section comprising a shielding board and a shielding frame on the wall face then filling rock wool and rock wool thermal insulation material therein. CONSTITUTION:An opening B for passing a cable 2 is made through the fire- proof zone penetrating section of a fire resistant structure, i.e., a steel reinforced conctrete wall, and a shielding board 10 is fixed to a shielding frame 8 fixed to the opening B. The gaps between the cables 2, between the opening B and the shielding board 3 and between the cable 2 and the shielding board 10 are sealed by thermal resistant sealing materials 4, 5, 7, 11 thus forming an enclosed section C. Rock wool and rock wool thermal insulating material 9 is filled in the enclosed section C in order to improve fire-proof performance.</p> |
