On the other hand, a vocalization instruction signal 9 is also transmitted to the circuit 8 through an OR circuit. Since the circuit 8 reads the sentence from a sentence buffer memory 2 in accordance with the signal 9 and executes the rule synthesis processing, the input of a clock 6 vocalized in a clock generation circuit 5 to an address pointer 3 is prohibited, and the content of the pointer 3 does not change.
