PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of creak and improve the weather resistance by forming a weatherstrip using a rubber composite containing as a main component a mixture in which acrylonitrile rubber is mixed with polyvinyl chloride in a specified weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:A weatherstrip 1 is, for example, installed between front and rear glasses 2, 3 of an automobile, and formed of a supporting part 1a, a supporting wall part 1b, and a sliding lip 1c. In this case, the weatherstrip 1 is formed by a rubber composite containing as a main component a mixture of acrylonitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride having a mixing ratio of 70/30-50/50 (part by weight). The nitrile content in said rubber is set less than 28wt.%. To 100 parts by weight of the polymer, 10-40 parts by weight of dioctyl adipate is mixed as a plasticizer. Further, 0.1 part by weight or more of glycerol fatty acid ester having a melting point of 45 deg.C or more which is shown by the rational formula is contained in the composite. |
