<p>A bearing journal (8) for a doorstop is designed with three waist parts (10, 11, 12) with diameters decreasing in the axial direction. The waist parts (10, 12) at the ends of the bearing journal are mounted in bearing surfaces (27, 28) in a fixed part, while the middle waist part (11) is screwed firmly in a pivotable part (3) by means of a thread. This achieves the greatest possible bearing surface during the turning movement, and at the same time sliding relative to the pivotable part is prevented.</p> |
