<p>PURPOSE:To achieve a reduction in rising time and a higher accuracy in a temperature control by switching a passage of a constant temperature water circulating through a reaction tank to vary a cooling capacity according to a state of control. CONSTITUTION:A circulation water 33 flowing out to a piping 38 through an outflow piping port 29 of a reaction tank 27 is bypassed through cooling tubes 7 and 8 through three-way solenoid valves 34 and 35 when the temperature detected with a temperature sensor 26 is lower than a target value at the rising of the apparatus and sent to a heater cylinder 22 with a circulation pump 21 to be heated with a heater 25. When the temperature of the water 33 is higher than a target value, a path through the cooling tube 7 is selected and when it is within a control range, a passage through the cooling tube 8 is selected. Thus, the cooling of the circulating water is performed according to a state of control thereby achieving a reduction in the rising time of a temperature control and a higher accuracy.</p> |
