摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate restraint hampering the freedom of a laying article in movement, and violent load to be applied, and thereby improve durability by fixedly attaching a spacer provided with plural through hole sections, which engages the laying article in continuous length freely in a relative movement, onto a supporting body in continuous length which is freely changeable in shape. CONSTITUTION:Plural through hole sections 42 are provided for a spacer 41 made of a metal or synthetic resin at intervals corresponding to the intervals between laying articles 21 in continuous length. Then, a flexible laying article 21 in continuous length is engaged with the through hole section 42 freely in a relative movement, a cushion body 51 is arranged between the engaged sections, and the both ends of the spacer 41 are thereafter fixedly attached onto a supporting body 31 which is hanged down from a floating body 11 via a stopper 43. In this case, since the spacer 41 and the laying article 21 are free in a relative movement, and the supporting body 31 is also freely changeable in shape, even if the floating body 11 is in a pitching motion, the influence from which situation is absorbed so as to be damped, the intervals between the respective laying articles 21 are concurrently thereby maintained by the spacer 41.</p>
