PURPOSE:To prevent the discordance of an identification code between a master set and a slave set by adopting a constitution such that the identification code set to either the master set or the slave set is set and transmit the code to the other. CONSTITUTION:A rewritable ROM 8 of a master set 1 is set to an exclusive writer, an identification code is written therein and the result is installed to the master set 1. Then a keyboard 9 of the master set 1 is used to set the mode into the test mode and the identification code transmission mode. On the other hand, the slave set 10 operates a keyboard 19 to set the mode to the test mode and the identification code reception mode. When the mode is set to both the master set 1 and the slave set 10, a control circuit 6 of the master set 1 reads out the identification code written in the ROM 8 and sends the code to the slave set 10 through the transmission circuit 4. In the slave set 10 receiving the identification code sent from the master set 1 by a reception circuit 11, the received identification code is written sequentially in a ROM 20 by the control circuit 18. As a result, the same identification code as set in the ROM 8 of the master set 1 is written in the ROM 20 of the slave set 10. |
