PURPOSE: To save the area of an integrated circuit, to reduce floating capacity and to improve operation speed by making it possible to drive a single transistor(TR) to both of programming operation and normal operation. CONSTITUTION: During the period of normal operation through an output terminal OUT1, TRs Q2 to Q4 are used for driving a row line RW1. The TR Q4 and a TR 5 form a Darlington pair acting as a current sink during the programming of fuses F1, F2. Address terminals A1 to A3 and diodes D1 to 03 are used for supplying a programming signal to the base of the TR Q5 and act so as to enable the Darlington pair formed by the TRs Q4, Q5. Since the single TR is driven to both of programming opeation and normal operation, the area of an integrated circuit can be saved, floating capacity can be reduced and operation speed can be improved. |
