<p>Appts for drying fabric has a blower which delivers heated air to respective sets of outlet slots in a shallow passage joining two accumulation chambers. A permeable fabric receiver, specifically of paddle wheel or rods-cage form, is in each chamber. The sets of outlet slots are each directed towards the nearest chamber, and are rendered alternately functional by gate valves to suit the direction of fabric travel through the passage. Floors of the chambers are wt responsive, and control the gate valves actuators.</p> |
