<p>Use of primary amines which by virtue of their structure, do not yield nitrosamines in reactions with NOx, or use of secondary amines containing scavenger groups for the nitrating agents and which in subsequent reaction produce negligible quantities, if any, of nitrosamines, as amine constituents in toilet requisites, cosmetic preparations for topical application, technical detergents, cooling lubricants and hydraulic oils, in particular 4-hydroxycyclohexylamine, p-aminobenzoic acid, bis-β-aminoethylethylethylenediamine, trifluorethyl-2-hydroxyethylamine and/or bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)aminoethylamine.</p> |
