发明名称 SEPARATION OF SOLUBLE HIGH MOLECULE
摘要 PURPOSE:To separate a soluble high molecule with a size thereof not allowed into an internal bore of a particle for separation by using the particle for separation with the size of 1-100mum having the internal bore or none. CONSTITUTION:In a method of separating soluble high molecules dissolved by a developing solution by a column filled with particles for separation, particles for separation having an internal pore or none are used to separate the soluble high molecules with a size thereof not allowed into an internal bore of the particles for separation. The particles for separation are not specifically limited only if they can be used for a liquid chromatography. When the shape of the particles for separation are often preferably spherical, normally, the particle size thereof is held within 1-100mum by the average size by weight though not limited specifically. Then, the soluble high molecules are separated based on a difference in passage speed which is caused with a hardness to pass when the high molecules pass through gaps between the particles for separation. In other words, the high molecules are separated sequentially from small to large molecular weight of solute molecules.
