<p>PURPOSE:To conduct the handling of active wires efficiently and safely by providing a guide part and a positioning shaft, holding in a precisely positioned state, and making the handling by a manipulator easy. CONSTITUTION:A lead connector 1 for handling active wires is formed of a lead connector body 2, a clamp 3 which is a clamping means, and an operational member 5 which is an operating means. The clamp 3 is provided in the upper end of the body 2 and bonded to the peeled part of an electric wire. The operational member 5 has an operating part 4, and it is protruded downward from the lower end of the body and directly operated by a manipulator for connecting work. Further, a conical guide part 6 is provided in the lower part of the body 2, and two positioning shafts 7 are symmetrically disposed above the guide part 6. A holding tool 20 is moved to the connector 1 by operating the manipulator, and the socket 21 of the tool 20 is easily fitted with the guide part 6. Then, the connector 1 is moved to the peeled part of the electric wire by the operational member 5 and clamped thereto. Thus, the handling of active wires can be conducted efficiently and safely.</p> |
