PURPOSE:To obtain a complex metallic oxide of superconductivity, having high purity, denseness and small variability of particle diameter and composition by irradiating a reaction product of each alkoxide of Bi, Sr and Ca and a specific organocupper compound with ultraviolet rays and infrared rays. CONSTITUTION:An organic solvent composition containing a bismuth alkoxide, a strontium alkoxide, a calcium alkoxide and an organic acid salt, alkoxide or beta-diketone complex of copper in the same ratio as that of the elements of the aimed complex metallic oxide and water is heated under reflux. Then the reaction product is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and infrared rays to give the aimed oxide. In the production, the reaction product after heating under reflux may be liquid or solid. In the case of the former, the reaction product, without separating from the solvent, can be irradiated with ultraviolet rays and infrared rays as it is. In the latter case, preferably the solvent is removed and the solid mixture is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and infrared rays. |
