<p>PURPOSE:To accelerate a response at the time of detecting dewing by making light from a light emitting element incident on the surface of a rotary drum, and monitoring the dewing state of the surface of the drum based on the strength of the light by making reflected light incident on a light receiving element. CONSTITUTION:A rotary drum 1a starts rotation prior to the loading of a tape, and the light is made incident on the surface of the rotary drum 1a from the light emitting element 2, and the reflected light of the rotary drum 1a is made incident on the light receiving element 4. And the strength of the reflected light is detected at a photoreceiving strength conversion circuit 5, and when the strength is less than a prescribed value, it is decided as the dewing, and when it exceeds the prescribed value, it is decided as a drying state, and a microcomputer 11 permits the loading of the tape. In such a way, it is possible to perform a fast response, and to generate a detecting signal for the dewing rapidly, and also, to generate the detecting signal corresponding to the dewing, and to detect the dewing without generating erroneous detection.</p> |
