<p>PURPOSE:To execute a recording from an arbitrary time even in the middle of the recording, and simultaneously, to successively reproduce a signal to be already recorded by controlling respective recording actions and reproducing actions of two or more signal recording and reproducing means. CONSTITUTION:A fader 4 inputs output signals from VTR devices (VTR) A1 and B2 and a memory 3, respectively, one among the input signals is selected, and it is outputted to a video signal output terminal 6. The signal selecting action is controlled by a signal from an external part. A control device 5 is connected to the VTR A1, VTR B2, memory 3 and fader 4, and it controls the picture-recording, reproducing and rewinding actions of the VTR A1 and VTR B2, the read/write action of the memory 3, and the signal selecting action of the fader 4, respectively. Thus, when a reproduction requesting signal is inputted from the external part in the middle of recording a certain signal, the recording can be executed from the same time as the input, and simultaneously, the reproduction successive from the first part of the signal to be already recorded can be executed.</p> |
