The invention relates to a crushing system having a crusher, a roller grid arranged upstream of the crusher and a conveyor for the product to be crushed. Arranged on both sides of the roller grid in extension of the filling cross-section of the conveyor are oscillating plates which are mounted swivellably, are driven about their swivel axes and scrape across the roller grid with reciprocating swivel movements. As a result, the plate-shaped or disc-shaped product to be crushed which travels across the roller grid also carries out a rolling tilting movement, such that satisfactory separation of coarse product and fine product and discharge of the fine product via the roller grid is achieved. <IMAGE>
