PURPOSE:To obtain a safe cosmetic applicable to the whole body, having excellent moisture retaining effects and skin protecting effects, containing an aqueous solution of hyaluronate, squalane and ethanol. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic comprising an aqueous solution of hyaluronate, 5-7V/V% squalane, 3-6V/V% ethanol and the rest of water. An alkaline metallic salt such as sodium salt or potassium salt of hyaluronic acid is preferable as the hyaluronate. The hyaluronate has 10,000-2,000,000 average molecular weight and the content in the cosmetic is preferably 0.1-0.3wt.%. The cosmetic may be optionally blended with preferably <=30wt.% additive such as perfume and compounding agent or <=5wt.% in the case of toilet lotion. |
