<p>PURPOSE:To automatically switch a moving and still picture readout system by switching the readout address of a picture memory by the comparison output of the difference of storage information between an even area and an odd area readout of the area of a tracking window with a reference value. CONSTITUTION:Two-dimensional information is digitized, and is inputted to an even area write control part 83 or an odd area write control part 93 via a write area switch 7, and is stored in even area and odd area frame memories 85, 86 and 95, 96. An address control part 16 designates the address of the tracking window, and outputs the data of the memories 85, 86 and 95, 96 to subtractors 18 and 19. A comparator 20 compares the data of the subtractors 18 and 19 with the reference value, and binarizes only the data exceeding the reference value, and outputs it from an OR circuit 20g, and counts it by a counter 21. A count value is compared with a reference number NS at a comparator 22, and a moving image memory readout system or a still picture memory readout system is selected by a change-over switch 17 based on the 1 or 0 of the output of the comparator.</p> |
