PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic organ for fixing a ligament of making possible to surely hold it by composing of that a fixing screw is fixed into No.3 bore within a housing, the ligament is passed through the No.1 and No.2 bores of an adjustable housing to bring it in contact with the fixing screw. CONSTITUTION: A shinbone housing 18 includes a large diameter cylindrical portion 36 and also a small diameter cylindrical portion 38 having a perforated metal covering. A shoulder with step portion 60 connects between No.1 bore 62 and No.2 bore 64. A fixing screw 30 is fixed into No.3 bore 66. A surface 68 is inclined, then becomes the same surface with the outside of the shinbone when the shinbone housing 18 is inserted into a bore opened at the shinbone. The surface 68 becomes 45 degree angle against a vertical as shown mark No.5 in the drawings. A fixing screw is made to oppose to the shoulder with step portion within the housing by about 90 degree angle. This angle protects from the abrasion of the ligament.
