PURPOSE:To make unnecessarily complicated eccentricity adjustment for making a recording medium run stably, even if a drum shape, etc. are deformed, by concentrically supporting an upper drum and a lower drum of a rotary head device. CONSTITUTION:When a rotating member 14 having a head 13 is made freely turnable against an upper drum 11, it is supported concentrically with a lower drum 12. According to this constitution, the upper drum 11 and the lower drum 12 have the same center, therefore, the projecting quantity of the drum 11 against the lower drum 12 is decided exactly by only prescribing the size of the upper drum 11 and the lower drum 12 at the time of working. |
