A dough (3) is transported horizontally on three belt-conveyors (5,7,9) arranged in order and circulating endlessly, while rolled by being pressed from above. A roller endless belt is formed by connecting many small rollers (47) endlessly, so as to support their shafts (49) rotatably and is circulated along the proceeding- direction of the dough. Two conveyors are supported with a swingable-frame and are changed in their slopes by swinging such frame manually via a gear-mechanism (31) and a handle (33). The transport of the dough for bread and cake, etc., while rolling, is controlled corresponding to the changing of its thickness.
