<p>PURPOSE:To easily mount a cylinder assembly on a substrate from an upper plane by mounting the cylinder assembly in which a cylinder part and a motor are integrated via a span part protruding to the outside than a cylinder diameter and a mounting plate on the substrate with the span part. CONSTITUTION:The mounting plate 18 having the span part protruding to the outside than the cylinder parts 1 and 9 is provided to integrate the upper and lower side cylinders 1 and 9 with a cylinder motor. Also, a flat spring 17 having the span parts (17a-17c) protruding to the outside than the cylinders 1 and 9 is provided to mount a cylinder and cylinder motor assembly on the substrate 14. And the flat spring 17 and the mounting plate are fixed on the lower plane of the lower side cylinder 9, and the span part of the mounting plate 18 is coupled with the extension parts 19d and 19e of the stator 19 of the cylinder motor, then, the cylinders 1 and 9 are integrated with the cylinder motor. The assembly is mounted on the substrate 14 with the span parts (17a-17c) of the flat spring 17. In such a way, it is possible to mount the cylinder assembly on the substrate easily from the upper side.</p> |
