PURPOSE:To eliminate phase deviation at the time of start to stabilize the image quality by synchronizing a clock signal by a synchronizing means at the time of start of a vertical clock generating means of a CCD driving device and starting a start timing means a prescribed time after synchronization. CONSTITUTION:When the synchronizing signal from a control signal generator 31 of an IC 1 where the vertical system is integrated is inputted to a 2 frequency divider 8, the timing signal outputted from the frequency divider 8 is synchronized with its fall. When one cycle of the output signal of a 21 frequency divider 2 elapses after the synchronizing signal from the generator 31 is inputted to the frequency divider 8, the control signal of the generator 31 rises in synchronism with the rise of the output signal of the frequency divider 2 to start a horizontal start generator 7. The result is inputted to a horizontal transfer clock generator 12 of an IC 2, where the horizontal system is integrated, to fix the start timing of the generator 12, and phase relations between the horizontal clock and the vertical transfer clock are fixed, thus stabilizing the image quality. |
