The invention relates to a multi-part pipe clamp, having ring halves which consist of a heat-insulating material and in which metal-bow halves, which can be screw-connected to one another, can be set by foaming. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that exchangeable half-shells which are arched in a tubular manner and consist of heat-insulating material are provided for arrangement between the ring halves and the pipe which is to be gripped. Furthermore, each half-shell exhibits a circumferential groove for receiving the ring halves as well as flange parts which project radially and axially, on the end side, beyond the ring halves. <IMAGE>
