<p>PURPOSE:To form the IC card device of a high security by confirming the reasonableness of an IC card utilization in both of the IC card and an IC card utilization device and adding a time control. CONSTITUTION:The peculiar information 3 of a code number and the like, the updating information of time information and the like and arithmetic information 5 to compute with the use of information re transmitted from an IC card utilization device 1 to an IC card 2 as code number data. Consequently, data to be transmitted are changed every time, the operation result is different every time depending on the arithmetic information 5 and a means to confirm the result by both of them 1 and 2 is owned. Thus, the device hard to execute a counterfeiting and an illegal use of the IC card 2 and the IC card utilization device 1 and of the high security can be constituted.</p> |
