PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for changing the analysis program of input data which a processing part holds by permitting a key interface circuit to convert the input key code of a key console panel into the same data structure as output data of a tablet. CONSTITUTION:The key interface circuit 5 converts the key code by the key operation of the key console panel 4 into the same data structure as output data of the tablet 2 and data is inputted to the processing part 3. Thus, it comes to be unnecessary to change the analysis program of input data which the processing part 3 has even if there is a change in the key arrangement in the console panel 4 in accordance with the facility of an operator and working conditions.
